The Story
Annie has designed a new collection of mini Egyptian dresses. Each dress is entirely one of a kind and handcrafted from original 1920s Egyptian silver-inlaid mesh fabric - an opulent textile steeped in history.
Drawing inspiration from the grandeur of Ancient Egypt and Art Deco design, this shimmering mini dress features intricate geometric patterns that catch the light with every movement. The fabric, over 100 years old, originates from Cairo Egypt and is made by a very complex technique of hammering in silver to a handmade net base.
Featuring an alluring pale pink base that flows into a ruched skirt, defined by a halter neckline with a keyhole cut-out and a signature drop waist.
