At Annie's Ibiza, we want you to be completely in love with your unique finds; however, if your purchase isn't quite right, you have 14 days from receipt to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to notify us of your intent to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the security tags are intact and the return form is included inside the box.

  Ship to Ibiza

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, or schedule a collection for your convenience.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team has inspected the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
